Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We can also ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, though these take a few days longer than the estimates below.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day from our US fulfilment partner. Orders placed later, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take up to 10 business days. These are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping cost

Free on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders under $50. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add handling fees, and there are no customs charges on domestic orders.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan, so please allow a day before the link shows movement.
